Economic Law (prawo gospodarcze) is the set of laws and regulations referring to all problems of business and relations among particular economic operators. These acts define, among others, the range of government intervention into the field of economy, relations between economic operators and the state, but also relations among operators themselves.
Public economic law and private economic law create the field of economic law (prawo gospodarcze). Public economic law regulates all principles referring to influence and functions of the state and the European Union in the field of economy. It also determines issues if direct or indirect economic activity of the state and local authorities.
